Policies and Procedures
Order must be placed through WhatsApp or Online Forum
Any order placed through Instagram or word of mouth will not be fulfilled.
Pickup Time
There is a grace period of 2 days after your order has been confirmed for pickup for customers to retrieve orders. Orders that are not retrieved in the 2 day time frame will be put back on the market for purchase. This will be done without notification to the customer.
Hours
To be clear our opening hours for placing orders and getting live responses are Monday-Friday: 5pm-10pm and Saturday: 11am-7pm. We are closed on Sunday therefore a response should not be expected. Pickup times are to be arranged as soon as an order is placed. If you would like to pickup outside of the said hours, this can be arranged.
Returns
Under no circumstances do we accept returns on items that have already left our possession. Damages sustained after product has left our care is the full responsibility of the customer. At no time will a refund be provided for damaged products.
Payment
Payments can be placed on the website through PayPal or if you do not have a PayPal account we accept cash upon pickup. Please note that we are a home based business and exact change is preferred. If you do require change, please state this before pickup. At NO time will products be issued before a customer has paid and we DO NOT accept partial payments.
